Homemade products

The Jenevermuseum considers it one of its tasks to revive gastronomic heritage. 
That's why it produces a number of homemade products, inspired by old recipes.
The Jenevermuseum produces not only two homemade exclusive jenevers, in a limited edition, but also two homedistilled liqueurs: an elixir and an oranjebitter:
  • Hasseltse Graanjenever - Hasselt Grain Jenever 40% ABV: malt wine (one part malted barley, one part barley, one part rye), juniper berry, caraway seeds, gentian root; the malt wine matured for 6 months on stainless casks
  • Belegen Hasseltse Graanjenever - Matured Hasselt grain Jenever 40% ABV: malt wine (one part malted barley, one part barley, one part rye), juniper berry, caraway seeds, gentian root; the malt wine matured for at least 10 years on oak casks) - OUT OF STOCK
  • Elixir 35% ABV: grain alcohol, sugar, aniseed, saffran, cinnamon, ...
  • Oranjebitter - Orange Bitter 38% ABV: grain alcohol, (bitter) orange, curçao, lemon, ...
  • Goudwater - Gold Water 38% ABV: grain alcohol, malt wine, caraway seeds, celery seeds, citrus fruits, rose water, Lucia, ... and gold leaves (consumable!)
